test, a world leader in human resources solutions seeks a highly motivated Engineering Solutions Architect.  The Engineering Solutions Architect will act as our Engineering SME to assess customer requirements & design solutions that meet customer needs. This is a critical role for the Engineering department as growth in sales & customer consultation within the overall team is imperative. You, as our Engineering Solutions Architect will support our ongoing expansion across all client verticals (Medical Device, Auto/EV, Industrial Machinery/Automation, Semi-Conductor) with a focus on statementworX. You will be a valued member of the account management/sales teams as you help them expand the size, scope and number of Engineering programs and projects that we build into our new/existing client organizations.

*Can be located anywhere within the U.S.A.

*10-20% travel (Client Meetings, Sales Meetings)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate program pricing discussions with Sales teams and SETT pricing. 
  • Drive proposal development with support from Specialty Sales and SETT Marketing.
  • Drive, support and deliver client presentations as required with support from Marketing and Sales.
  • Assess customer needs and determine the appropriate application of engineering talent solutions.
  • Work with Pricing and Implementation to identify scope costs and projected profitability.
  • Recommend new solutions and improvements while utilizing best practices (test and/or external). 
  • Review and provide feedback to practice leaders on key contractual terms for new clients to ensure practice areas can deliver against expectations.
  • Build and gain consensus on SLA’s and KPI’s prior to implementation.
  • Identify, develop and maintain effective business relationships with key decision makers.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree within Engineering (mechanical, chemical, industrial, materials) would be strongly preferred.
  • Engineering industry experience is mandatory (either in the field or consulting).
  • Experience crafting talent solutions to meet client needs in focus industries is strongly preferred.
  • Having experience within workforce planning, workforce management, etc would be highly advantageous. 
  • Demonstrate an ability to present in front of perspective audiences including C-Level customers.
