The Commercial Professional & Industrial Recruiter role is instrumental in test’s overall success, providing best-in-class service to test's customers, candidates and temporary employees The Professional & Industrial Recruiter is responsible for applicant acquisition, qualification, and submission of applicants to fill job orders. This person will focus on recruiting and fulfilling orders for light industrial, contact center, electronic assembly, and office professional positions. They must understand the importance of being a true teammate!

 

Our Recruiter is accountable for:   

  • Responsible for sourcing, recruitment, selection, and placement of candidates at large account customer location utilizing internal and external recruiting resources and methods.
  • Responsible for assessing a candidate’s qualifications, interests and availability as part of the Candidate Evaluation process, including activities such as conducting an in-depth interview with the candidate, and reviewing candidate skills based on testing.
  • Qualify skills through performing interviews to match candidates to job openings. Describe the position to the candidate to ensure compatibility.
  • Identify potential candidates, prepare and submit them to the customer for resume reviews and/or interviews according to customer requirements and preferences, and follow up, adhering to EEOC ADA, and affirmative action guidelines.
  • Create and maintain internal and customer relations; ensure assignments are accurate by obtaining detailed requirements from the client and MSP team; understand and communicate programs and hiring procedures to customers.

  

Essential Skills:  

  • Proven aptitude to offer strategic consultative support to customers, collaborating on solutions to meet client needs.  
  • Demonstrated proficiency in effectively collaborating, networking, cultivating business development, and building relationships with key stakeholders and prospects, both internal and external  
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities using solid communication skills  
  • Possess current knowledge of competitive trends and market conditions to drive strategies and partnerships.  


 

Seeking a minimum 2+ years of sales experience in staffing or in a service industry, in a high volume capacity 

  

Required to be in office, with potential travel for hiring events and client site visits  

  

Salary: $59,500 plus incentive plan, Benefits package and PTO.
